Title: Replace the Outlook "View in Browser" by using any browser you wish

This solution gave a second life at my MS Office 2010 and Outlook.  8)

For a long time, my only chance for email "View in Browser" this was due the ancient Microsoft IE.
Due this solution now I can review emails at my more modernized Firefox.

Opening at Firefox ESR this works nicely, from there you may print in PDF, by the use of PDFCreator / eDoc Printer.
