BRYMEN BM257 this using two fuses.

Fuse 1: 0.5A/1000V AC & DC, fuse, Dimension 6x32mm
Fuse 2: 11A/1000V AC & DC, fuse, Dimension 10x38mm

Fuse 6x32mm this is: SIBA 7017240 FF 500mA

I spotted at eBay quantity of five, as low as US $4.60 plus free shipping from China.

About the larger, 11A Fuse (Bussmann DMM-B-11A ), this is somewhat more popular and you need to do your own homework at eBay for finding a better deal.
(But the basic rule also apply here, go for a minimum quantity of five.)
