I am trying to solve a new puzzle but unsuccessfully.

This is a story about one panel mount connector, this is sold exclusively in China.
Part description: M6 binding post panel mount connector, 40A with banana.

The point is that this type of connector, it might be found over high current PSU (30~60V DC)

But this is also found over bench-top digital power meter (current terminals), which this will operate at 230V AC.
And in this application, electrical isolation requirements they are totally different, 500V RMS at least.

The one million dollars question: Which factory has the offering of the 500V RMS version, when no one in China has do anything about product certification.

1) No one of these products (M6 binding post panel mount 40A) comes as branded.
2) No one has laser printing, so to be available any product model identification.

With all these products looking identical, and with out factory made identification, no one is able to understand which ones supporting high voltage specification.   :P

They are at least five brands in China using this style of connector at their power meter.
And a few economy models using regular panel mount banana.

I think that the rear-panel of these instrument's, this is made of thick plastic.
And this combination deliver enough isolation up to 500V RMS.

I had a conversation today, with the factory that claims that delivers the 500V product version (3KV Max isolation) in China mainland.

1) Question : Why you are distributing your products with out markings / branding?
Answer:  They are very small in size.

2) Question :
Why you do not offer in writing certification about these products?
Answer:  Our customers are free to deliver our products at testing labs, so the quality to be verified.

3) Question : How the customer will understand the difference between low voltage and high voltage, of identical externally connectors?
Answer: No answer.

And here is the Cherry in the pie, from this woman and sales manager:
This product circulates in China for 20 years, and no one get killed yet.

Gentlemen ... China mainland this is not just a different country.
This is an entirely different planet.

This is a good theory but no one can confirm it.
I have one find, that the back plate appears as full metal.
