In 2013 at list four Original design manufacturer's presented in the market their models of Digital DC load.
I wrote this topic so to host in it one question of my which is : What features you consider as important when you select or choose to buy a Digital DC load ?
It is not a secret that electricians will mainly use those loads so to evaluate battery cells mostly.
And in this case just the communication with a computer about setting the discharge parameters is more than enough.
The easiest way to test and compare pairs of batteries is to fully charge them, and discharge them by using a constant load which will be active for a specific time.
The smart loads are capable to monitor and to record ( data logging) the voltage change in a battery.
With all those features at hand, to actually test an amount of batteries it can become a less complicated process.
