I am confused of whom to thanks for this excellent AD0912US-A70GL TC, DC Fan.  :)

92X92X25 mm
Sleeve / noiseless
57.0 CMF
Operating voltage (actual) 3V ~ 12V
3300 RPM

================================================================
Dumpster find this was HP-Q220PC3P ( PDP-121P) computer PSU 220W, branded as COMPAQ.
The PSU is dead due poor electronics design (19 years old),  these was voltage leakage to metal case, due input MOV, because it was less than half centimeter away from it.
Never seen before such PSU input damage.
PCB surface around two MOV, this is smoked and black, and there is black smoke traces over the metal case too.
(Both MOV parts externally intact.)
killed due thunder storm?

Even so this ADDA AD0912US-A70GL TC, its an excellent find  8)
I did powered it with 12V and DC current this was at 320mA after RPM stabilization.
I searched for the datasheet, this is a sleeve bearing DC fan, I did take it apart for cleaning and lubrication.

ADDA factory lubrication (grease) this was still there by a 5%.
As soon fresh grease installed, DC Fan current fall down to 300 mA after RPM stabilization, and few minutes later it got further down to 280 mA.  :)

Today I feel happy, because this is a quality made DC fan, which it did survived with out damage so far, and now its good as new, so to serve again in to another project.

A silent powerful monster  ;)

Test results:
4 V = 90 mA
5 V = 110 mA
8 V = 180 mA
9 V = 210 mA
10 V = 230 mA
11 V = 260 mA
12 V = 280 mA
13.8 V = 330 mA

PSU killed due thunder storm?

It sounds as very possible, PSU this when killed prematurely, and this might explains the good condition of the DC fan.
At the retail stock market (eBay) it worth 8 ~15 Euro  ;)
