I did visit today the local electronics parts shop, so to get Soldering Grease.
I had two brand choices, but I selected the most familiar to me, the Stannol.
The retail price of Stannol Nr.174073 50g this is 2.80 Euro, but I received discount down to 2.50 Euro ( Price for professionally working people - electronics repairs).

Then just for fun I did check the pricing on-line and I found on eBay the price of 12~20 Euros

Now lets go to the serious part of this story.
Soldering cream this never was that innocent regarding chemical consistency.
