CCTV Camera market this is flooded by Camera products them be re-branded by product codes which makes some sense at small in magnitude local importers.
In other words, actual product identification and about getting power consumption specifications from the actual factory this seems as impossible. 

Its one CCTV Camera this is designed to use specific Image processor Chip, some Cameras claim that the use SONY CMOS image sensor and or alternatively an PIXELPLUS CMOS image sensor.
In most cases, PIXELPLUS CMOS image sensor of any known Video resolution, at day time it will require approximately 50mA DC current or less than that.

But the NIGHT mode this is the true benchmark at inspecting even the smallest CCTV Camera of 0.3 Megapixels, because IR system consumption this is four times higher than Day mode.

At my upcoming DIY projects at 2021, will be a dedicated for CCTV DC load tester, with testing current ranges of 50mA , 200mA, and 800mA.
