12V 24V Smart Pulse Repair Charger by RJ Tyanye

Since 2022 there is a new wave of car battery charger with the claim of Smart Pulse Repair tool.

Here comes my Customer BEWARE alert, for several good reasons.
The 12V version, this has very thin DC wires (spaghetti style) along of a tiny digital display.
While the newest version of 12V & 24V model number RJ-C 121001A,  this has significant quality corrections regarding DC cables diameter along digital display dimensions.

The 12V charger, model number RJ-C 120501A this is the worst of the two, while it base charging functionality this seems as identical as of the 12/24V.

In fact the 12V & 24V model number RJ-C 121001A, this is advertised as seven stages charger, and we should think, that this is able to be autonomous battery maintainer.
While the 12V  model number RJ-C 120501A this is a plain charger.

Another interesting thing its the price point as Alibaba,  RJ Tyanye selling for 9 USD the 12V and for 12 USD the 12/24V model.

The 12V  model number RJ-C 120501A, internally this has tremendously poor electronics design, the switching circuit has very few components, and it does missing of one AC input fuse along of noise rejection (suppression) filters.
They claim 6A max charging current, but the factory QC this testing them up to 1.5A

This is mainly the sales point of these cheap gadgets,  some one in Russia did try to measure the pulse current by a cheap and slow multimeter, and this recorded 2.5A

Certifications along CE marking
Aahui Ruijie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, this has to demonstrate only Chinese awards or certifications, and the CE marking this were obtained vert recently from a lab in Italy.   


Products warranty - customer support
The factory does not have it own website, and neither of any public contacts information due email.
In fact this RJ Tyanye its just a shop at alibaba.com
The story gets even worst if you try to find these products due eBay,  overcharge might start with 50% or 100% or 200% and or more wild than that.

Due my recently collected experiences with three Korean lead acid 12V battery (car battery), these were not build to last up to three years.
I am a believer that Smart Pulse Repair this is useful and works, only when we dealing with  lead acid battery this serving marine applications, in which the battery stays unused for very  long periods.
The benefit of slow Pulse Repair (two pulses per second), it might help a portion of battery capacity this to be restored.
But the weak point of all recently made car battery, this is the sort life of the active plates.
 
In conclusion.
These chargers, have medium to low manufacturing quality and a few parts.
Even so their regular charging program this will deliver a charge at the battery.
The pulse repair method, will not shown as magical, at used battery this has damaged plates.
damaged plates = plate frame this is severely damaged, the plate is not one piece any more, or the active material (electrolyte paste) this has turn to dust.

I am now interested to get one 12V/24V (real advertising) charger, and see with my eyes it internal electronics.
If and when I come across of reasonable pricing.

They 12V single version, this is a huge product design FAIL.
RJ Tyanye build it with competitive manufacturing cost in mind, and they did remove too much from it, so this to appear as 3 USD cheaper.
