Beware: Kids 6v RIDE-ON TOYS, Lots of usable electronic parts become E-waste

Yesterday I did discover one Kids 6v RIDE-ON toy,  mini car for baby's, this be thrown away at city trash.

I did took this toy for a temporarily inspection, so to salvage any reusable electrical components found on it.

6V battery was missing = a good thing for the environment.
QTY of two ON/OFF large (panel mount) switches, both are as good as new condition.
QTY of three 6V power relay also found on it.
Cables harness,  this has three pairs of plug in connectors.
Entire cables harness this is covered with 105 Celsius of protective sleeve, two meters long in total.

PCB this includes, a large diode (reverse polarity protection of charging port), along of a large PTC WH30-400 (8A spike protection for the electric motor).
(I did not bother removing the DC motor, too much labor was involved.)

Lets talk money, all salvaged components and parts worth with European retail prices approximately 15 Euro.
Most questionable detail, is the actual quality of wires at this harness.
The Chinese factory cheated again, by using thin gauge or wire everywhere that is not accessible due the end customer.
Only ten centimeter of wires at battery terminal connector, this has appropriate thickness.
Everything else is connected with inappropriate gauge of wires.

In conclusion.
Kids 6v RIDE-ON TOYS, other than filling up our land fields with significant amount of plastic (thick nylon), there is also unseen amount of e-waste.
Few electric parts might be rescued as reusable, but this is the exception,  most parents will trash the all thing, with out a second thought.

Most logical line of defence, this is parents to stop buying such short-lived toys.
