Intro: I was seeking for a long time, a way, so to buy from the Chinese industrial market place, one digital power meter (Low-Power) model.
So to able to measure, AC Stand-By power.

Taobao market place this is inaccessible to western buyers.
Aliexpress market place, this is now loaded with sellers kids, them inflating product price at 400% as minimum.
And at Alibaba, DCUU and or Zhongxiang Instrument Co., Ltd , this was not participating among the sellers.

Zhongxiang Instrument Co., Ltd,:
This is a very small manufacturer, and a maker of digital power meter, basic type for industrial product line inspection.

The pricing of a such a basic power meter (within China Mainland), this is very low in comparison of what we know as pricing at western markets.
And if you buy directly from the factory, then you get a much better price.

Unfortunately for them, such small in size technology innovators, they do not think BIG.
Poor website design.
They do not speak English.
They use mobile phones as primary path of communication instead of email.

And in conclusion, a private western buyer he facing too many difficulties, so to get access at such products.

PM991X Series, this appears to be a more advanced version of an instrument, than a basic power meter. 

But I knew it that Kiriakos, will never settle with anything less, than an instrument with above the average potentials.
SUNSKY has a significant amount of inventory, I will consider them too, if I have any needs in the future.

This series it is relatively, the most modern developed one from DCUU (Year 2017) , and I am now the first importer of this technology in Europe. 
DPD Express (YunExpress), this translates to, two weeks of shipping duration for Greece.

Currently I am waiting so to discover, of how fast my power meter will arrive at SUNSKY warehouse.
